Funeral Services for Beverly Jo Dill, age 58, of Enid, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2009 at the Church of God In Christ Mennonite of Fairview. The Reverend Leonard Koehn will officiate. Burial will follow in the Cedar Cemetery east of Fairview. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Beverly was born June 26, 1951, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Joe and Kathryn (Schmidt) Wedel and died Sunday, July 5, 2009 at her home in Enid, Oklahoma.

Beverly was born in Enid, grew up in Goltry, Oklahoma and graduated from High School in 1969. After high school, she worked at Robinson Photos in Enid. Beverly then worked as a secretary at the Co-Op in Enid. In 1981, she began working at the Boise Cascade Lumber Yard. On October 31, 1986, Beverly married Joe Robert Dill in El Reno, Oklahoma. In 1988, she went to work at Mutual of Omaha until 1993. Beverly then worked for a few other places. She worked as long as she was able until her health made it difficult to continue due to her prolonged illness. Beverly enjoyed painting, camping, photography and bird watching. She loved her husband and children, adored her grandchildren, and enjoyed all her family and friends. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Drummond.

She is survived by her husband, Joe of Enid; one daughter, Shelia Manning and husband Wally of Harper, Kansas; two sons, Kyle Mears and wife Marissa of Enid, Brandon Dill of Pueblo, Colorado; one brother Bruce Wedel and wife Wanda of Texas; one sister, Bernice Boehs and husband Abe of Ringwood, Oklahoma and seven grandchildren

Her father and mother preceded Beverly in death.

Memorials may be made to O.M.R.F. cancer division, with Fairview Funeral Home, Inc., acting as custodian.
