Oklahoma City
Graveside Services for Eileen Mary Kahn, 87, will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery. Reverend Travis Schmidt will officiate. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.
Eileen Mary (Hall) Kahn was born in Seiling, Oklahoma on November 13, 1938, to Irl Lawson and Ruby Mary (Haury) Hall and went to her heavenly home on November 24, 2025, in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.
Eileen grew up in Seiling and graduated from Seiling High School in 1956. After high school, she worked for a couple years in Enid. Eileen met the love of her life, Cecil Dean Kahn, and they were married in Seiling Oklahoma on November the 8th, 1958. Not long after the couple was married, they were blessed with their first son, Darrel, and was again blessed with the birth of his second son Kyle in 1963. She spent most of her working life, working as the Fairview City Clerk.
Eileen enjoyed playing cards with grandchildren and great grandchildren, baking fudge, peanut brittle and divinity during the holidays. She also loved puzzles, and watching and reading mystery stories. She enjoyed handing out candy to trick-or-treaters during Halloween. She was proud of her living room Halloween decorations (she was well known for the Halloween displays) as well as her living room decorations for Christmas.
But her biggest joy in life was holding her new great grandson Lawson as much as she could and would start laughing uncontrollably at her great grandson Ragnar's antics. She also enjoyed going to grandchildren's athletic events and particularly enjoyed watching Hunter coach during football games.
Eileen is survived by two sons, Darrel and Kyle, grandchildren, Hunter, Kylie and Brandon, great grandsons Ragnar and Lawson. She is also survived by one brother Hubert Hall and one sister Irlene Gore.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Cecil Dean Kahn, parents Irl and Ruby Hall, and four brothers.
Memorials may be made to the MAGB or charity of your choice with the funeral home acting as custodians.
