Memorial services for Elaine Eloise Harbour, 89, of Fairview will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Fairview Fellowship Home Chapel. Reverend David Mendenhall will officiate. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.
Elaine was born August 28, 1926, in Cleveland, Ohio to Peter David and Lydia Ann (Eck) Kliewer and passed away peacefully on September 14, 2015, at the Fairview Fellowship Home in Fairview, Oklahoma.
She graduated from Fairview High School with the class of 1944 and later went to Sab Jose Bible College and later Lincoln Bible Institute where she met and married Elmer Walter. To this blessed union was born four children. Later she married Gene Harbour, both of them preceded her in death.
She is survived by her four children, Eloise Tischer (Wes) of Hannibal, MO, Elmer W. "E.W." Walter II (Dana) of Mesquite, TX, Ellen F. Buck (Frank) of Ft. Collins, CO, Edith M. Herd (Kevin) of Columbia, MO, as-well-as 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, and 1 great granddaughter, Amber Marie Walter.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dallas Christian College, Lincoln Christian University, Fairview 1st Baptist Church, or Elm Flat Christian Flat Church with the Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodians.
