Ladona Gail Dunn was born on April 29, 1947 in Enid, Oklahoma to Lillie Mae (Stephens) and Melvin Wayne Warner Sr. and passed away June 19, 2016 at the Fairview Regional Medical Center after a long battle with cancer Service pending at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.
The family moved to California in 1948 and returned to Oklahoma City in 1950. Ladona attended school in Oklahoma City and Fairview. On April 7, 1963 she married Jerry Barton. The couple had three children; Jerry Wayne, Marty and Linda. Ladona remarried in 1969 to Frederick Dunn and had a daughter Connie.
Ladona worked for US Gypsum as a packer for many years. She enjoyed collecting angels, camping and fishing but her greatest joy was her family. She dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jerry Wayne and one sister.
Surviving her are her children:, Marty Barton, Linda Barton and husband Lee Weber, all of Kingfisher, OK , Connie Killman and husband Mike of Okeene, OK , grandchildren; Tabitha Murray and husband Cody, Jarrod, Macey and Hunter Barton, all of Kingfisher, OK, Montie Barton and wife Tiffany of Fairview, Shelbi Rasor of Watonga, Kristopher Killman and wife Regan of Canton, Danielle McGinn and husband Matt, Austen and wife Anita, Presley Chasteen and husband Ryan, Jordan Brown all of Okeene, OK, Morgan Chasteen of Ohio, one brother Melvin Warner Jr and wife Regina of Yukon, OK and a sister Cathy Byers and husband Larry of Canton, OK , 10 great-grandkids, and one on the way.
