Mari was a beacon of positivity, the kind of person whose smile could light up a whole city. While she was deeply spiritual and grounded in her Christian faith, Mari also knew how to have a good time. Her playfulness and goofiness brought endless joy to her family and friends.

Throughout her life, Mari experienced love in its many beautiful forms. She first married Jeff Shaw and together they brought two wonderful children into the world, Josh and Jamie.
