Obituary

There will be a Memorial Services on ZOOM for May Dean Reasor, 95, of Okeene, on Sunday September 12 th at 2:00 pm.  She was cremated as per her wishes.  Cremation arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

May Dean Reasor was born in Tulsa Oklahoma to Fred and Vinta (Nassinger) Mendenhall and passed away September 1, 2021 at the Okeene Hospital with her family around her.

May grew up in the Tulsa area and graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1941.  She married Howard Reasor in 1947.  May was blessed with three girls, Nina, Diana and Joann.  She became a Jehovah's Witness in the early 1950's and was faithful to her beliefs the rest of her life.  In 1968, she and Howard were divorced.  In 1974 she married Tom McBride.  May moved to Huston where she worked for Prudential Insurance until she retired.  For the next 20 years they enjoyed life together until in 1994 when he passed away.  In 2000 she and Howard was re-married and they remained married until he passed away in 2003.  After Howard passed May moved in with her daughter Diana and her husband Bernard, on the farm where she lived rest of her life.  May loved her family and was loved by all who knew her.  She will truly be missed.

She is survived by her daughters; Diana Pavlu of Okeene, Oklahoma and Joann and husband Mike Lasko of Rockville, Maryland, her sister Ruth Bakewell of Tulsa.  Grandchildren; Vincent Pavlu and wife Kati of Madison, Mississippi, Teresa Hodges and husband Walter of Okeene, Oklahoma, Paul Pavlu and wife Racheal of Kettering, Ohio, Wendy Archer and husband Bob of Enid, Oklahoma, Jasen Lasko of Rockville, Maryland, Kevin Lasko and wife Rhonda of Dundalk, Maryland.  Great Grandchildren; Jessica Lindenmayer and husband Brad of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Tyler Hodges and fiancé Shyann Hoehn of Fairview, Oklahoma, Kennedie and Landen Pavlu of Kettering, Ohio and Great Great Grandchildren; Bridger Lindenmayer and Jaxen and Willard Hoehn.

May was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, Tom McBride and Howard Reasor, and daughter Nina and husband Danny Weber, and great granddaughter Elyssa Pavlu, and her son-in-law Bernard Pavlu.
