Funeral Services for Phillip Lee Cottrill, Sr., 61 of Mooreland formerly Fairview will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the Isabella Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow in the Bierig Cemetery in Okeene, Oklahoma.

Phillip was born September 17, 1948 to Don C. and Leona (Payne) Cottrill in Enid, Oklahoma and passed away September 11, 2010 at his home in Mooreland.

Phillip grew up in Fairview area and graduated from Fairview High School in 1967. After high school he went to work for local farmers and later was employed at the OSU research station in Lahoma. He truly loved junking and scraping old motors. He also enjoyed fishing.

Phillip is survived by three children, Phillip and wife Lacey Cottrill Jr. of Ryan, Oklahoma, Felicia Cottrill of Waynoka, Oklahoma and Robert and wife Reneè Cottrill of Pond Creek, Oklahoma; two brothers, Kenneth Cottrill of Isabella, Oklahoma and Sid Watson of Yukon, Oklahoma; and sister, Donnelle Cottrill of Enid, Oklahoma, and five grandsons.

Memorials may be made through the Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Diabetes Division.
