Memorial Service for Randy Elwell, 59, will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Central Christian Church in Fairview, Oklahoma. The Reverend Ronnie Hopkins will officiate. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Randy Dwayne Elwell was born October 11, 1953 to Florice and Dwayne Elwell in Mooreland, Oklahoma and passed away November 27, 2012, at the Fairview Hospital in Fairview, Oklahoma.

Randy grew up in Fairview where he attended Fairview Public Schools graduating with the class of 1972. While in high school he was active in sports and in FFA. Following graduation Randy entered Barber College where he completed his education. The next 20 years of his life were spent barbering in his own shop in Norman, Oklahoma called Bush Whacker.

Randy loved snow skiing anywhere there was enough snow to do so. When summer rolled around you would find him on the water somewhere water skiing. Randy loved playing rock and roll on his guitar, working out to stay in shape and tinkering with old cars. He also loved fishing.

Randy is survived by his wife Deanna of the home, two sons; Stetson Elwell of Garber, Oklahoma and Newly Elwell of Fairview; one daughter; Michelle Elwell of Enid, Oklahoma; one grandson Chandler Elwell; mother Florice Elwell of Fairview, Oklahoma and two brothers Tim Elwell of Chester, Oklahoma and Steve Elwell of Fairview, Oklahoma.

Preceding him in death are his father, Dwayne Elwell and a brother, Bruce Elwell.
