Memorial Service for Stephen Albert Jester, 78, of Fairview, Oklahoma will be Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the Cleo Springs Baptist Church, Cleo Springs Oklahoma.  Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Stephen Albert Jester was born March 19th, 1948 to Albert and Orene (Sutter) Jester, in Fairview, Oklahoma and graduated from Fairview High School.  After high school, Stephen attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he met and dated his future wife, Sammie Potter. Stephen and Sammie wed on November2nd, 1968.  Stephen and Sammie lived in Fairview for a brief time before moving to the farm in Cheyenne Valley.  Stephen worked various jobs in the oilfield over the years.  He also did welding and farming.

To their marriage two children were born, Troy Jester and wife Pam of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and Robin and husband Joe of Ringwood, Oklahoma.  Stephen had several grandchildren, Dalton Abrams, Dakota and Krista Jester, Thomas Wedel, Zachary and Elizabeth Bromlow, and Carli Wedel.  He also had several great grandchildren, Liam and Owen Jester, Bethany Bromlow, along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

Stephen was proceeded in death by his parents, his sister, and brother-in-law.

Memorials may be made to the Glorious Church in Meno with the Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian of the funds.
