Tammy Rae Frech's Obituary
Funeral Services for Tammy Rae Frech, 46, of Edmond, will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at the Cedar Springs Church of the Nazarene west of Fairview, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. The Reverend Terry Schakelaar will officiate. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.
Tammy Rae Frech was born September 19, 1965, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Clarence Parker and Shirley (Cook) Parker Givens and passed away November 25, 2011 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Tammy was an honor student at Dickson High School and graduated in 1983. She attended college at the Ardmore Higher Education Center and Oklahoma State University.
Tammy married Dale Frech on October 5, 1985 at the Pleasant Plains Church at McWille, Oklahoma. After seven years of marriage they were blessed with a beautiful girl, Brittany DelRae Frech. The joy of Tammy's life was spending time with her daughter and her many activities; including Girl Scouts, choir and FFA.
Tammy enjoyed working with students with placement and the Bursar's offices of Oklahoma State University and the Bursar and Financial Aid Departments of the University of Central Oklahoma.
In addition to her busy life, Tammy enjoyed spending time with her family; camping, fishing (if they were biting), and traveling, especially to Colorado. Tammy's outgoing personality allowed her to never meet a stranger. She was always the life of any party.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Dale Frech; daughter Brittany DelRae Frech, both of Edmond; her parents, Shirley and Roy Givens of Ardmore, and Clarence and Karen Parker of Lone Grove; siblings Sandy and Monte Ford of Georgetown, Texas and Darren Parker of Ardmore; grandmother, Alta Parker of Lone Grove; and two aunts, Sharon Phelps and Debbie Sullivan. Also mother-in-law Janis Frech and brother-in-laws David and Ronda Frech, Don and Katryna Frech, Bruce Koehn and sister-in-law Laneta Whitley.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elbert and Mabel Cook and Elmo Parker; and father-in-law, Dennis Frech.
Memorial donations may be made to the OMRF Diabetes Division, or Cedar Springs Church of the Nazarene, with Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. serving as custodian of the funds.
