Funeral Services for Wauneta "Pauline" Mosher, 92, of Ringwood, will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Glorious Church, Ringwood, OK. Grandson, Baxter Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow at 4:00 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, OK. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.
Wauneta Pauline Grewell was born July 24, 1922 in Orienta, Oklahoma to Claude Henry and Pareppa R. (Howry) Grewell and passed away January 18, 2015 at the Fairview Fellowship Home in Fairview, Oklahoma.
Pauline grew up in Major County and graduated with the Cleo Springs Class of 1940. She married Herschel Junior Mosher on August 30, 1940 in Morrison, Oklahoma. She and Junior operated the Ringwood Y Service Station. Pauline and Junior became owners of the Mosher Station in 1958 when his father suddenly passed. To this day, Mosher Station is still a local landmark. Pauline raised a family and helped Junior with the station as well as in his farming operation. Pauline became a pastor and was instrumental in building the Glorious Church in Ringwood, Oklahoma.
Pauline was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved being a grandmother. It was her favorite thing. She cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Sue Schroeder of Ringwood; three granddaughters, Michelle Stewart and husband Chris of Chester, Melissa Pembrook and husband Russell of Fairview, Melinda Theilen and husband Ernie of Enid, and seven great-grandchildren, Zachary Pembrook and wife Melissa, Baxter Stewart and wife Shayla, Jared Pembrook, Jordan Marsh and husband Dakota, Dakota Theilen, Lindsay Pembrook, and Kamryn Theilen, and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Junior in 2007, two sisters and three brothers
