Funeral Service for Wayne Tracy Nightengale, 55, of Aline will be 10:30 am, Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Fairview Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Polly Young will officiate. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.
Wayne Tracy Nightengale was born on February 24, 1961 to John J. and Carol Anne (Robbins) Nightengale and passed away February 7, 2017 in Enid, Oklahoma.
Wayne grew up and attended schools in Cleo Springs. Following school Wayne went to work as a heavy equipment operator, following in his father's footsteps. Wayne worked all over the United States in the oilfields, Gold mining, on hog farms and building dams. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Wayne will be missed by all who knew him.
Wayne is survived by his son Wayne "Tracy" Norton and his wife Kristyn, daughter Desirae Douglas and her husband Bryan, his sister Lolly Rich and her husband Richard, three brothers; Johnny Nightengale, Leslie Nightengale and his wife Sue and Kelly Nightengale and his wife Laurie,and girlfriend Tisha Seay as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sandy.
Memorial contributions can be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) or to the funeral home for the Wayne Nightengale Memorial Fund.
